The Brutal attack and horrific injustice done to Kailasa’s Hindu nuns
Aug to Sep 2021 — An elderly nun was being threatened by her pre-monastic son to transfer some land and property to him. She was afraid that she may be killed and wanted to sort out the issue by visiting her pre-monastic village. She was afraid if her pre-monastic son came to the monastery he may cause harm.
6 Sept. 2021 — Two Hindu nuns with a brother-devotee-disciple (as a driver and guard) accompanied the elderly Hindu nun for completing the property transfer to her pre-monastic son to allow her to free herself from all remaining worldly duties and focus on her monastic life.
6 Sept. 2021–10 am, the nuns were attacked by a group of militants led by the pre-monastic son and pre-monastic husband of the elderly nun, who kidnapped the elderly nun. The militants raped the 2 nuns who had accompanied the senior nun for her protection. The male devotee who beaten to somehow managed to take the nuns of safety.
6 Sept to 7 Sept. — The nuns without food and water went around running from pillar to post to file a complaint to ensure safety of the elderly nun. They were not even able to receive first aid for their own wounds. The media openly published several reports openly, very openly acknowledging that the nuns were beated. 7 Sept. — The nuns finally got treated for their bruises and wounds. The doctors diagnosed them and recorded the evidence of rape and assault in their reports.
7 Sept to 10 Sep — The nuns showed the media footage of them getting beaten, and the media reports which also acknowledged the same, and even the medical reports, and even the militants who accepted they did it, but the police refused to accept the complaint. The police outrageously pressurized them to come to “compromise” with the rapists and accept their rape. The nuns wrote to the UN about this, citing their earlier reports. The rapist came to the police station and threatened the nuns in front of the police. The police tried to push the rape victims to settle the matter outside the police station with the rapist, which essentially meant, being again physically and sexually be assaulted this time in front of police and with accomplice of police.
10 Sept. — Due to overwhelming evidence, the police was forced to accept the complaint of rape. However the police took revenge to penalize the nuns for complaining about the rape and to voice all this in UN. The police filed false cases against the nun to silence them, arm twist them, and to force them to withdraw their complaints. The nuns and the brother-devotee-disciple were all arrested and put in the jail. The rapist roams proudly.

The victims are arrested, whilst the rapist and child molester Palanisami who raped the two Hindu nuns are roaming around freely! Earlier Palanisami was kiscked out of the adheenam as he assaulted a foreign minor child, but that rapist is free!!
